OUR STORY
About us
We are runners and design aficionados who created Memorace to preserve the memory of each unique race experience and achievement. After crossing the finish line, we felt something was missing – a way to celebrate the journey and emotion behind each race with something more than a medal. The idea was born – to capture the unique atmosphere and magic of each race through artwork created by local artists who know the soul of the place where each race takes place.
Our mission is to give every runner, cyclist and other endurance athlete around the world the opportunity to immortalize their races through unique artwork.

FAQ
How does the ordering process work?
You choose a race, mood, fill in your personal details (name and BIB number) and place your order. We take care of the rest and deliver your artwork to you.
Can I preorder before a race?
Yes! The process is the same. Just enter your name and BIB number and we’ll automatically capture your finishing time via the race organizers timing solution as soon as it’s been officially registered.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We aim to send all orders within 14 days after a race. We will send you a confirmation once your order is on its way. Depending on where in the world you live, the exact time for a delivery to arrive vary arrive but normally it rarely takes more than 2-4 days to arrive after we send it from Sweden.
Can I change my order after it has been placed?
As all our artworks are custom-made, we cannot change your order after it has been placed if it’s been sent to our local printing partner. Please double-check your details carefully before submitting your order.
Can I return my order if I am not satisfied?
As each piece of art is personalized and unique to you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, unless the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. If you discover a problem, please contact us and we will resolve it!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Mastercard, Visa, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay but are always looking to add new payment methods to support our community. Missing any payment provider? Feel free to reach out.
