Terms of purchase

Welcome to Memorace! Below you will find our terms and conditions of purchase and use of our  website. By placing an order with Memorace, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to read  them carefully.

1. Ordering Personalized Artwork

All our artwork is customized and unique to each customer meaning that they are produced on demand and we therefore never have any artwork in stock. When you place an order, you fill in your personal details, including first name, last name and BIB-number, which we then use to retrieve the official data such as finishing time that will integrated into your artwork. As each artwork is unique and created from your specific details, we regret that we cannot accept  returns or exchanges, unless the product is faulty or damaged on delivery. Please ensure that all  details are correct before finalizing your order.

2. Delivery

We send previous week’s orders to our printing partner once a week (on Mondays) and then ship during the same week once we’ve had them produced. We always aim to ship all orders no later than maximum 14 working days from the time the order is placed. Pre-orders before races are always prioritized as they will usually be produced and shipped the following week after the race if the race takes place on the weekend. When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information / ID. The tracking information / ID can be used with most of Europe’s postal services to track the parcel.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on where in Europe you live and if there is an ongoing or upcoming holiday season (such as Christmas) or high demand day affecting the carrier networks such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday.

If your package is lost during delivery, please contact us and we will help you resolve the situation.

3. Payment

We accept the following payment methods:

The payment is deducted at the time of ordering. If there are any problems with the payment, please  contact us at [email protected].

4. Return Policy

As all artworks are personalized, we only accept returns or exchanges if the product is defective or  damaged upon delivery. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of  receipt at [email protected] and attach photos of the damage, so that we can arrange a  replacement product for you.

5. Privacy policy and data management

We care about your privacy. The information you provide in connection with your order is only  used to produce and deliver your artwork. All processing of personal data is done in accordance  with applicable data protection laws (GDPR). For more information on how we process your  personal data, please see our privacy policy.

6. Responsibility and Guarantees

Memorace is responsible for delivering high-quality products that correspond to what is described  on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors and details of the artwork are  completely identical to what appears on your screen, as this may vary depending on your device.  Memorace is not responsible for any damage or delays caused by third party suppliers outside our  control.

7. Changes to the Terms

Memorace reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this  page, and it is the customer’s responsibility to keep up to date with the latest terms before ordering.
